There is nothing “basic” about this package but it is the baseline for our monthly memberships, and we up the tempo from here.
Each month, this membership level will provide up to 4 For Sale Sign (plus 2 directional installations per sign installation request) installs ( up to 25 miles RT), 2 Open House sign installations ( up to 35 mile RT ) , and up to 120 minutes of general tasks and errands per month, plus we complimentary store your signs for you. We also retrieve the signs.
We do request 24-hour notice from our members for tasks to be scheduled. All membership services , except Open House sign installations are scheduled Monday -Friday only).
